Went in and asked for simple gel with shellac. Owner took it upon herself and started putting acrylic on me with tips. When I asked what she was doing she claimed that this was better because it was cheaper… (?) I wanted shorter nails and kept asking for them shorter and shorter. After “shortening” them 4 times I gave up and accepted them as the appointment was going on 1.5 hours and I had to leave. My nails are now thick and long and simply not what I asked for. I cannot wait to get them removed.Do the nails visually look nice? Yes, they LOOK nice. But this is not what I asked for or what I wanted, and after questioning it, nothing was changed. If you want to leave with nails that you truly lobe and want the nails you originally went in for and asked for, skip this place and go somewhere else.

Today was my first time coming here so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. The customer service was great right off the hop, the staff was very friendly. I like to have the coffin shape nail but still keep them relatively short. The nail tech that I had, Lena, payed very close attention to detail. She was able to give me beautifully shaped coffin nails and the exact length I asked for. I got French tips and she was very focused on making sure that all nails were even. I have never seen such even free handed french tip lines in my life lol. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a french manicure. Will be returning for sure!
I’ve been going here since November (as I recently moved to the area) the staff are friendly,, knowledgeable, and the salon is clean, organized and the pricing for each service is very reasonable.As someone who gets their nails done once a month I can’t see myself going anywhere else!
